Data Deletion Instructions
Request deletion of your WeekCue data.
This page explains how to ask WeekCue to delete account and app data connected to your use of the service.

Apps that access user data must give people a way to request that their data be deleted. WeekCue provides these instructions for users and for Meta app review.
To start a deletion request, email privacy@weekcue.ai or use the Delete account button in Profile.

Delete your account from Profile
Sign in to WeekCue, open Profile, then use the Delete account button in the danger zone. You will need to type DELETE before the account and owned household data are removed from the database.
Request deletion from WeekCue
If you cannot sign in, send a deletion request from your WeekCue sign-in email when possible. Include your sign-in email, WhatsApp number if one is connected, and a short note asking us to delete your WeekCue account data.
Include the account details we need
We may need enough detail to verify the request before deleting data so another person cannot remove your account without permission.
Remove connected access
You can remove connected Calendar, WhatsApp, Facebook, or Meta access from the account settings for those services. Removing access stops future use of that connection.
What WeekCue deletes
- WeekCue account profile details tied to your sign-in email.
- Household setup details, reminders, daily brief settings, and connected source records tied to your account.
- Planning details from connected Google Calendar, WhatsApp, and in-app messages when those details are stored by WeekCue.
- Stored access tokens or connection records that let WeekCue refresh connected accounts.
The in-product Delete account flow permanently removes the account and owned household data from the WeekCue database after verification. This cannot be undone.
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days, unless we need more information or must keep limited records for legal, security, fraud prevention, or service integrity reasons.
Meta app data deletion
If you are using Facebook or Meta account settings, you can remove WeekCue from your connected apps and request data deletion there. You can also provide this page URL as WeekCue's Data Deletion Instructions URL:
