Your planning details stay under your control.

WeekCue helps individuals and households notice what needs attention next: appointments, deadlines, school forms, pickups, travel prep, calendar pressure, and daily briefs.

You can review or update account details and connected account choices in Settings when those controls are available. For support, account help, or correction requests, email support@weekcue.ai. General notes can go to hello@weekcue.ai.

WeekCue may send service messages about sign-in, setup, connected accounts, security, reminders, and product changes. If you opt in to WhatsApp reminders, WeekCue may use WhatsApp for daily briefs, reminders, and planning questions.

If WeekCue sends marketing updates, you may opt out of marketing messages. Operational messages about your account or service activity may still be sent when needed.

WeekCue may collect your name, email address, sign-in details, household setup choices, reminder phone number, reminder schedule, connected account status, and support messages you send to us.

When Google Calendar is connected, WeekCue uses the permissions you approve to read calendar events and, where explicitly authorized and reviewable, help with calendar-related planning actions.

WeekCue may process WhatsApp message metadata and message content needed to send reminders, receive replies, and keep your plan useful. WeekCue may also collect device, browser, IP address, page, referrer, and interaction data from the website and app.

WeekCue uses usage data to understand product health, page performance, feature usage, errors, and whether public pages help visitors find the right planning information.

Usage data may be aggregated or de-identified for analytics and product improvement. Analytics events must not include private planning details, names, household IDs, email addresses, or connected account contents.

WeekCue may use cookies, local storage, session technology, analytics tags, and similar tools to keep you signed in, support security, remember preferences, measure public-site traffic, and improve the service.

WeekCue uses Google Analytics to understand public-site traffic, page performance, and conversion patterns. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the service may not work correctly if required cookies are disabled.

WeekCue uses information to provide the service, authenticate users, manage connected accounts, prepare daily briefs, send reminders, answer support requests, troubleshoot issues, secure the product, and improve public and app experiences.

Your account and planning data belongs to you. WeekCue does not sell your account and planning data, does not use your planning details to train its own AI models, and does not opt OpenAI API data into model training.

WeekCue uses Google account data only for user-facing planning features you approve. Use of Google Calendar data is intended to follow Google API Limited Use requirements.

WeekCue retains Google user data, including Google Calendar planning details, only for as long as needed to provide the user-facing planning features you approved, maintain your plan, troubleshoot issues, secure the service, comply with legal obligations, or preserve limited records for service integrity.

If you disconnect Google Calendar in WeekCue, WeekCue stops future refreshes from that connected account. Planning details already stored in WeekCue may remain until you request deletion, delete your account data, or another retention limit applies.

From your profile, the Delete account control permanently deletes your WeekCue account, connected account records, owned household data, reminders, Cues, daily briefs, and stored planning details from the database after you type the required verification phrase. This cannot be undone.

You may also request deletion of stored Google user data and other WeekCue account data from Settings, by emailing privacy@weekcue.ai, or by following the public instructions at https://weekcue.ai/data-deletion. WeekCue aims to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days unless more information is needed or a longer retention period is required or permitted by law, security, fraud prevention, or service integrity reasons.

If WeekCue supports shared household features, information you choose to share with household members, caregivers, or co-parents may be visible to those people.

Be careful when sharing phone numbers, account access, screenshots, or planning details outside WeekCue. Information shared outside the product may be copied, forwarded, or used by others.

WeekCue may use trusted service providers for hosting, authentication, storage, messaging, analytics, support, security, and AI processing. These providers receive only the information needed to perform services for WeekCue.

WeekCue expects service providers to protect information appropriately and not use personal information for their own unrelated purposes.

WeekCue may measure marketing and public-site performance. We do not share private planning details with advertising platforms.

WeekCue does not share your personal information with third parties for their direct marketing unless you give permission or the law allows it.

If WeekCue is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate protections.

WeekCue may also share information with affiliated entities if needed to operate, secure, or improve the service.

WeekCue may disclose information if required by law, legal process, government request, or to protect the rights, safety, security, and integrity of WeekCue, users, households, or others.

We will aim to limit disclosures to what is legally required or reasonably necessary.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to unsolicited ideas, feedback, or suggestions you send to WeekCue for product improvement. Do not send confidential information through public forms or public channels.

If you post information in public communities, social platforms, or third-party services, those services and their privacy policies control how that information is handled.

WeekCue uses practical safeguards designed to protect account and planning data. No internet or messaging service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Keep your sign-in credentials, connected accounts, devices, and reminder channels protected. Tell us at support@weekcue.ai if you believe your account or reminder channel has been misused.

WeekCue pages may link to third-party websites, app stores, Google services, WhatsApp services, or other online services. WeekCue is not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties.

Review third-party privacy policies before using their services with or alongside WeekCue.

WeekCue is intended for adults, including parents, caregivers, and household organizers. WeekCue is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.

If you believe a child provided personal information directly to WeekCue, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

WeekCue and its service providers may process and store information in countries other than where you live. Data protection laws may differ by location.

By using WeekCue, you understand that information may be transferred, stored, and processed where WeekCue and its service providers operate.

WeekCue may update this Privacy Policy as the product, company details, retention controls, and support processes mature. Updates will be posted on this page with the current version of the policy.

Please check this page periodically. Continued use of WeekCue after changes means you acknowledge the updated Privacy Policy.
