What WeekCue helps with

Fewer things to keep track of.

A place for your plans, a reminder for the deadline, and a heads-up when the day needs a little more thought.

An illustrated weekly planner surrounded by the places and details of family life

Get it out
of your head.

Say it while you remember it. WeekCue can separate the appointment, the deadline, and the errand into a list you can check.

  • Start with a written or spoken message
  • Review suggested events, reminders, and to-dos
  • Fill in missing details before adding an item

Try an example

“Dentist Tuesday at four. Trip form by Friday. And I need a birthday card for Sam.”

See the day
before it gets busy.

Your daily brief brings the useful details together. Read what’s due, what needs preparation, and what still needs your answer.

  • A short brief at the time you choose
  • Calendar events and reminders in one place
  • Ask for a plan for your day

Monday morning

Today looks good.

One thing needs you

Your dentist appointment is at 3:15 PM. Your insurance card is on your prep list, and the 3:30 pickup needs cover.

Coming up

  • Renew car insurance Thursday
  • Dinner with Anna · Friday 8:00
  • School trip form due Friday
  • Flight check-in opens Saturday

A short brief. One clear next step. Room to get on with your day.

A heads-up
while there’s time.

Some details matter before the usual reminder. Heavier city traffic. Appointments too close together. A form to get ready tonight.

  • City traffic checks and relevant traffic nudges
  • Conflict and preparation suggestions on paid plans
  • Clear next steps when a plan needs attention

Example heads-up

Traffic · London

Traffic is heavier than usual this afternoon.

You have the dentist at 4. It may be worth leaving a little earlier.

City-wide conditions · Example reading: 2:00 pm

This is a city traffic check, not a journey-time estimate.

A week you can
share the work of.

Invite the people who help with the week. Share the plans they need, keep personal events private, and ask for help when pickup gets tight.

A few things you might be wondering.

Do I need a perfectly up-to-date calendar?

You can start with a written or spoken note. WeekCue can turn several things on your mind into suggested events, reminders, and to-dos for you to check.

Does WeekCue calculate my drive time?

The current traffic check compares traffic across a city with what is usual. It does not calculate a specific journey or an exact time to leave. A traffic reading may be up to an hour old.

Do I have to use WhatsApp?

No. You can use WeekCue in the app. WhatsApp is an optional part of the Concierge and Household plans for conversations, briefs, and reminders.

Can I download the app today?

Check the store buttons for current availability. Google Calendar connection, Android, and a second household are listed as upcoming work.

The week, cued.

Give your head less to hold.

Let WeekCue catch what needs attention and cue what comes next.
