Terms for using the WeekCue preview.

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and WeekCue for access to and use of the WeekCue website, web application, connected account flows, reminders, and related services.

WeekCue is a family planning preview. Features, connected account behavior, reminder delivery, data controls, and availability may change as the product develops.

By using WeekCue, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

WeekCue is an AI planning service that helps individuals and households organize calendars, messages, reminders and other planning information, and notice what needs attention next.

WeekCue may update these Terms as the service, company details, and product controls mature. Updated Terms will be posted on this page.

If changes materially affect your use of the service, WeekCue will aim to provide a reasonable notice through the website, app, email, or another practical channel.

You are responsible for the accuracy of account details, household setup choices, reminder numbers, and connected account permissions you provide.

Use WeekCue only with accounts and household details you are allowed to connect. Google Calendar, Apple Calendar links, and WhatsApp reminders require deliberate setup.

Connected accounts can be removed later from Settings when those controls are available.

Do not use WeekCue to violate the rights of others, connect accounts without permission, send abusive messages, interfere with the service, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or attempt to access another household.

Do not submit unlawful, harmful, deceptive, infringing, or abusive content through WeekCue.

WeekCue currently focuses on the website and web application. If mobile applications are offered later, additional app-store terms may apply.

You are responsible for your own internet access, device security, carrier charges, and messaging costs related to your use of WeekCue.

WeekCue and its product materials, design, software, branding, and content are owned by WeekCue or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of WeekCue intellectual property to you.

Your household data belongs to you. WeekCue does not use household details to train its own AI models, and WeekCue does not opt OpenAI API data into model training.

If you send product feedback, suggestions, or ideas, WeekCue may use them to improve the service without owing compensation, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

WeekCue provides planning support through features such as connected account setup, daily briefs, reminders, schedule review, and missing-detail questions.

WeekCue may rely on third-party services such as Firebase Authentication, Google APIs, WhatsApp, hosting infrastructure, Google Analytics, and AI APIs. Those services may have their own terms, limits, and availability.

If WeekCue introduces paid plans, pricing, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms will be shown before purchase or in the applicable billing flow.

WeekCue is provided for planning support. It is not emergency communication, medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, childcare supervision, or a replacement for reviewing important household details yourself.

AI output, reminders, calendar suggestions, and summaries can be incomplete or wrong. Review important information before relying on it.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, WeekCue is provided as available and without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for every household need.

WeekCue may include links to third-party websites, Google services, WhatsApp services, analytics services, app stores, or other online tools. WeekCue does not control those third-party services.

When you use third-party services, their terms and privacy policies apply. Review them before connecting accounts or relying on those services with WeekCue.

You may stop using WeekCue at any time. You can remove connected accounts in Settings when those controls are available.

WeekCue may suspend or limit access if we believe an account creates security, legal, abuse, or service integrity risk, or if continued access would harm WeekCue, users, households, or third parties.

These Terms are between you and WeekCue. No other person has a right to enforce them unless applicable law says otherwise.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect as far as legally possible.

WeekCue may transfer its rights and obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, financing, sale of assets, or similar transaction, provided the transfer does not reduce rights you have under applicable law.
